The Migross Group operates since over 30 years in the retail area. The company of Mion brothers was created in the '70s as a natural development of the ancient traditions of family, which operates in the food sector since the beginning of the century.

The steps to success:

1974:	By the need to expand the activities of its store of St. Zeno, starts up in Verona the Fratelli Mion Snc.
1974:	The company acquires "The new PRAL", cooperative that since the '60s brought together 36 bakeries
1974:	First acquisition of a sale point. Development of the "Mion" brands.
1979:	First property warehouse of 2700 sqm to support logistics and stock aspects, facing the growing of the retail outlets.
1982:	New store openings in Verona. Starting of membership.
1992:	Opening of the distribution center in Bergamo and national expansion to Lombardy.
mid- 90s:	After over 40 years of active participation, the Fratelli Mion leaves the national CRAI buying group and founds “LA CENTRALE”.
1994:	First property Shopping Center in Sommacampagna.
1998:	The company participates in INTERDIS buying group.
2000:	(and thereafter) The capillary development of the network and the proliferation of the sales channels lead to the corporate restructuring (from Fratelli Mion to Migross Group) and to the actual division in the logic of the 3 brands
2001:	Transfer to the new head office of 20,000 sqm in Bussolengo (Vr)
2005:	Creation of MigLunch, new commercial opportunity in the retail area.
2006:	The consolidation between Migross Group and Interdis continues thanks to the agreement signed with the European buying group Coopernic.
2009:	Differentiation of the brands on the market and their replacement for a greater standardization and recognizability . Creation of the new label "Superstore" for large areas, dedicated to the saving.Opening of the first Superstore in Noventa Vicentina.
